终于下起倾盆大雨

雨天---我好喜欢雨天带给我的清静。还记得两年前的某一天，在上华文课时，老师在白板上写了作文的题目：最令我难忘的声音。而当时在我脑海里浮现的答案就是雨声。虽然我也很喜欢阳光普照之时，我特爱雨天。悠闲自在总不会少，因为雨天使我想起与周公约会的时间到了。哈哈！看我那么贪睡，可想而知。我可是出了名的大懒猪，今天睡到午十二点才起床，厉害呗？

十二月一号是A水准考试的最后一天，那时交上了考卷我叹了一口气。至少在这次的考试已耗费全部精力，希望能不负众望取得佳绩。三年的努力，不过在等这一天的到来罢了。我觉得别人并非是我的竞争对手，因为凡是到了考场上最大的敌人乃是自己。“我想要打败xxxxxx”这句话我已听得有点厌倦，我始终不明白为何人们必须把别人视为敌人，更加不懂得为何要把自己的好朋友视为敌人。我对此感到失望，叹息着教育系统已把我们塑造成很怕输的学生，样样都要赢，这根争锋相对有何分别？不妨换另外一个角度想想：最大的敌人是其他人还是你自己？如果就连自己那关也过不了，那岂能把别人视为对手？还记得我曾经以一分之多“打败”自己的好友，我不曾把他视为敌人。当他知道此事时，他的第一反应是：“白痴，你为何你多我一分”。可能他没发觉他的想法与心理反应已远远超乎自己的控制范围。我默然失望，我的竞争对手绝对不是他而是我自己。我最大的缺点就是没有良好的分配时间，所以有时考试时没法做完考卷。我要战胜的是我自己而不是他人。

才刚写完第一篇日记就开始乌云密布了

昨天与友人聊天，突然不知不觉地谈到了一个话题：如果给你选择当少奶奶或少爷在家闲着，你会为此感到满意吗？

我心中也有个满意的答案：可能我不太喜欢在家闲着，那可闷着了！假设每天都在苦恼着跟哪个朋友去喝下午茶，去做美甲美容之类的活动，我可能真的就不太想要当个少奶奶。如果给我选，我宁愿当个老奶奶，等头发白了，就坐在摇椅上听听怀旧音乐，说说当年的无知与疯狂。趁现在还有满分活力时，应该出去见见世界的美丽也不忘尝尝点苦头，所谓“铁棒磨成针”，偶尔想清福是好事，但每天都歇着，这可难道我了！

前几天看了某人的部落格结果再次掀起了我以往的习惯---网上日记。想想，终于三年的学校生涯又再次告一段落。可说是有惊有险啊～～就好像走进了一片沙漠，没有尽头地走着，口也渴得不行，百般希望能存活下来！“就这样三年又过了”-光良-

但这并不是终点，还有好长好长的路。。虽然还到不了那个未知的终止站，但是我必须拍拍肩膀为我这十九年来的努力感到骄傲！

Finally, i am back to update my blog..it has been quite some time since i've left my blog to 'rot' on its own and now i am back. I guess by writing posts on my own blog can help me de-stress. Seriously, i am damn stress. Gonna cope with my diploma, cca, school exam, LCCI exam, SYF, friends and family and most importantly is my 'A' levels. Arghh.....!!! Since the decision of going overseas during june holidays has been decided, air tickets is going to be booked sooner or later. I have been in a dilemna whether to go China or not as the first day after holidays is the start of Prelim I exam, i am scared that i might be unable to cope? Sian. But now, i guess the only thing i can do is to revise in advance and leave for my trip with ease when june comes. I'M STRESSED. 'A' Levels is just like..less than 9 months away..if minus away sleep time, holidays plus buffer time etc, time is just getting tighter. I know i have to start something right now..which is to mug at home. And, most probably in sch also. SYF is still in preparation and...alot of things have not been done. Some things are beyond my control. But, i really hope all CCS members will continue to work hard for the upcoming SYF. I think all these words i should just put inside my heart and my dear little blog bah. Gambateh ;-) i hope all of us can strive for a gold this year and i believe there is potential to reach out for it. I am also stress about some issues..but nah.. i am not gonna say it here if not my post will be super lengthy. Sometimes i can only cry cox it is my way of releasing stress though. Tons of homework, tons of stuff to remember too.. i really don't have super memories. Maybe that is the reason why my memory space is getting close to only 10MB left and deteriorating at a fast pace. I couldnt store much more info into my head unless i remove some out of it first. It's all linked to one word- STRESS.

This year's holiday is the busiest one. I went out to work!!! Yipee. I work at CPF Board, Inland Revenue Authority Of Singapore (IRAS) plus a 3-day job at Global Sources. My contract will be ending soon on the 21st of this month. But, my boss has extended my contract! Isn't that a great deal? hehe ^^ Going out to the working society makes me have lots of feelings over surroundings and also getting more experiences. When I am on the MRT to work, I would see happy families kissing each other goodbye. My eyes were then filled with envy and of course, happiness. I tried to hold back certain things as I believe I am strong enough. As someone said, I have a loving family too. At work was fun!! Did alot of things from data entry, filing, organizing, CPF letter folding and all the way to squeezing my brain juice in doing spring cleaning.. Haha why do I say so? Cox the filing room is small and we have to make sure all office tables are re-organize such that they are neater and yet giving more space to put our boxes of documents. Work is fun but have to wake up very early. Lol! I guess 5 alarm clocks still not able to wake me up waha. I will help out my lovely colleagues at filing room whenever possible cox i am supposed to work in the main office. My bdae is just around the corner, this weekend.. Now yawning my way to tiong bahru haha. Hope faster reach work place cox mrt is so crowded.

it's been such a long time since my last post. Hope i can be promoted to yr 3 (: it's jus all tt i hope for. Nites all!

Bags are heavy. Jacy brought spades and pails to Sentosa. I bring alot of random stuff: Towel, face moisturizer, facial wash, hand sanitizer, cap, fan, tidbits...and the list goes on. Aha. We're just kids. Lol. Built sandcastles (spent a total of 2hrs) just at the beach. Hot weather. Wanted watch animal encounter but jacy see the wrong timing.. actually is just 1pm she sees it as 2.30pm so we left and back to vivo city to enjoy aircon. Only then i saw my hp it's jus 1pm. We could have stayed there longer. After that went bugis arcade to play. I won her in shooting game cox she game over faster than me. Team work 86% ^^ Then, went to take neoprint (promised each other tt whenever we hang out must take neo print). Neoprint costs 12 dollar. Ex~~

Went in malaysia yesterday to attend a gand wedding dinner. Grandfather's friend son get married. It's such a huge ballroom with more than 60 tables filled with guests. It's a feas also. With 10 dishes. Omg. I really eat and eat only. Overweight le. Lol. By the time reach Singapore so tired. But still manage to chat awhile in fb and msn. Talking to 5ppl at the same time. Wish the couple happiness. ^^

There were dogs barking at the area where we're having our lecture at- container classroom F01. We were shocked to see alot of dogs at the broken torn fence- big hole. Reported to Mr Singh. He looks very calm.

Me: Mr Singh, there are alot of dogs in school.
Mr Singh: Where is it at? (show map)
Me: Near the container classroom
Mr Singh: The science block is it?
Me: Erm..ya.
Floris: If not wrong, there is a broken fence there that's why the dogs came in.
Mr Singh: (weird question) What is the name?
Me: (answer) ehh..i dunno the name of the dogs ah. Aha.
LOL.. we all laugh.
Mr Singh: Alright, i'll call for the guard to chase them away.

We left office and decided to stay and be first hand 'reporters' to see how the guard chase the dogs away. There he goes holding a long wooden stick in his hand chasing the dogs. After some time, we thought 'show' has ended. Decided to leave school. At that time, saw 2 dogs running. It's once again june holiday.. got quite a few consultation in sch. 3rd, 7th, 9th june for math. 10th june for econs. 21st june for mob. The rest of the days i'm FREE!! haha. But still have to do some revision for the up-coming promos after the holidays. Seems like i need some form of self-discipline in time mgt skills at home..realise that i slack too much. Wasted alot of time but did nothing much. Wow.. thinking of going out for a walk to relax myself. Feels tense up. Today slept until 11am or so. Shld spare time to read books which i bought- so mani..LOL. Since it's holiday now more free to pen down my thoughts in blog. Alright maybe i can find things which are interesting to share about then :)

In life, we will go through many things that we must try. Whether we succeed or not in them, we must continue on trying regardless. We have to hold our heads up high and press on until we achieve them. It is only when we are able to do this, does our true persevering attitude truly shine.

Nobody trips over mountains. It is the small pebbles that cause you to stumble. Pass all the pebbles in your path and you will find you have crossed the mountain. When you complete a small task, you might think that it does not matter. In the long run however, it is all those small challenges that would eventually build up to your stairwell to success.

Sometimes your joy is the source of your smile, but sometimes your smile can be the source of their joy. When you laugh, the whole world laughs with you. Share your joy with everyone today; make your life more enriching with smiles from everyone. Sometimes, smile and take a look in the mirror. :D

It's transcendence 2010! Hurray! I bought my ticket @ 6 dollars and i think it's worth it to watch. My class got quite a few involved- performing. We have the jumpie-happy singer juliana, rocking cool edwin, guitarist azhari, indian dancer kana. Wow..it's a must-see! :) I like the drama performance which brings in all the colours of life. It shld be rainbow colour,then it'll make our lives happier- a brighter one. Reach home at 11pm.

After MI mart, went home. In late afternoon went my relative condo at hougang- her children bdae cum bbq session. The weather's hot enough and i'm sweating even though i'm not the one helping to bbq stuff. My bro help to bbq food in the end sweat like he's drench in heavy rain lyk tt.. waha :D Feel as if i'm being cooked. Lol. But afterall, it's a fun bonding session.

Saw this YOG countdown meter just outside Jurong Point the day i went for MI mart. I remembered discussing pw online which ended the next morning at 1am. Then went to slp. But couldn't wake up on time to go for diploma at 8am. So i nvr go. Cox i receive a call from Floris..haha and she's oredi lyk in sch i guess? And yet, i'm still in bed, slping soundly -_-  But still went for MI mart cox i've promised my friends to go and support them. And, i rly did it. Travel all the way down to jurong point. 2 of my friend selling things at the mart, another performing rock music. Bought 1 roxy cap and a bouquet of flower. 

Sch selling teriyaki chicken...seems nice, saw rachel eating so decided to take down a pict. Haha..haven try it before. Yummy*

Today is Institute day! :D Nxt wed is PU2 seminar, saturday is MI mart. The following friday would be k pop singing competition finals.

Open up a DIY box kit to sew something urself? Can u do it? Oh no.. i've not done it for ages since sec sch. It may be argued that it's time consuming, But it does not seem to take up much of my time also. Less than 1 hour. Even though it's ugly but i think quite satisfying at the final product. Haha. If u see clearly, the face is self drawn one. Cox i realise i dun have glue to paste the small little black eyes on (dunno where i put my glue)

Found a baby snake gliding in school compound. It's a rainy day and the snake seems to be "finding" its way out of school gate. Lol. It's not me who first noticed it. The 2 girls in front of me went to report to Mr Singh. And it's jus so near to where i tap my ez-link before leaving school. I went near it and stood there for awhile before the bus came and i've got to leave.

There are many things in life that we want to achieve. One rule of thumb would be to prioritise the things that we really want. Once we have done this, we must be willing to go the extra mile. Nothing comes without persistence. It all comes down to how much we really want something. Remember, life is an endless roller-coaster ride, with many ups and downs. Thus, making success so much sweeter when we are able to attain it.

It's edwin bdae! We have a "small" tidbit party. Snacks specially picked by trina and bought. Nothing much. Haha. Erm..just 1packet of lays, 2boxes of biscuits, 1packet of kitkat, 12packets mini soybean milk, 1 packet of cheezels, 1packet tom yam seaweed and oreo cupcakes. Spend $XXX at amk hub biggest ntuc fairprice. Ate it all in less than 30mins. I'm craving for more! =p wahaha. Trina bought a pink huggy pillow too <3

Went indoor swimming complex to have a swim. The weather is getting hotter makes me sweat profusely especially during pe play volleyball. The picture of me after the swim (my hair is so wet with the smell of chlorine poolwater-in a mess) Actually i realise even though i passed my swimming test for bronze, but still i cant swim without a pair of goggles. I scared the water hurt my eyes. Lol xD In the end bought a pink goggle which cost $19.90. Brother bought a black goggle which looks so cool. The price is also very nice. His goggles cost ard $30. Lol. He now better in swimming. Last time i remember he'll just clinge on to the sides of the pool and swim. Then, went for the slide. The slides in the pictures is not the one i slide down de (is higher than the picture one). Actually brother wan play with the water slides, then i went with him. I climb up the stairs i see the height of the highest slide i turned to the lowest one thinking jus slide once and i'll nvr go for another round again. Brother push me to the highest one, wah it's just scary when the heart nearly jump down when slide down and land inside the pool. Zzz. Anyway after tt day, he said he got 'addicted' to swimming already (maybe because of the slides) -_- Omg, let me off this once! Count me out plz. Haha keep tell me go swimming with him. I wanna try kite flying aft my promos. :D

STRESS is the word which best describes me now. PU2 is  just a tiring year. Alvl even though seems far (still have around 7months), but it would soon arrive in a blink of an eye. I hope it's not kinda be hell for me. It would be heaven for me, right? Hmm...i hope so -_- This yr even though i dun have chinese to worry about for my H1 content, but the bitterness of pw. Gosh. It's already difficult at the very first start, i'm still tt one step left to get an exceeding expectation grade for my Preliminary Ideas. Every sat have to go back for diploma. Tired just to make my body wake up early in the morning and travel from hougang all the way to bukit batok just to attend tt few hours of CAT lectures and the rountine repeats itself every week, back and forth. Promo 1 is cuming but i've yet started any form of revision also. Lol. It's not going to work this way.. it's not. Xiaoting, start working. Don't procrastinate any further. Fail to plan and u have planned to fail. Alright..btw..this sat is transcendence. Good luck, all the best to edwin and juliana. Today's 09B1 CIP day. We went Tembusu Home at Buangkok Green. It's not far from my house. It's home for the male elderly, a residential area for them. We were then separated into 3 groups. 0ne group does cleaning and maintenance, another gets involve with the elderly (table tennis, mahjong etc) and last but not least, my group entertain the elderly by having a karoke session. Haha. I would want to help clean up but i'm a bit allergic to dust sometimes. So i better don't in case my skin starts to itch again. Zzz -_-. The elderly gets more engaged to our karaoke session at a later part when we started singing alot of old chinese songs. For some english songs i dunno how to sing but just move my mouth (singing as though reading the words >_<) and clap along to let them feel involved. Got one uncle which i remembered quite clearly, he came up to sing with us and he started telling me about his daughter. He said that his daughter is studying quite well in NUS now. I believed what he says cox when he thinks of his daughter at that point of time, his eyes were filled with tears as he says on. He knew that his daughter has abandoned him but tried to put on some smile on his face. I am sure the elderly over there will have an unforgettable moment with us cox we've showered them with lots of care, concern and love. I love the bonding of the whole class which i hope would stays on....... hope we'll get a chance to go there again.

Ate popeye's fried chicken, fish and calamari rings. Haha..not that bad. Quite healthy cox it's got less oil. BUT..but i still prefer KFC, it's just finger lickin' good! Yummy!! (saliva dripping)
